TERRIBLE
They're entirely unprofessional. Not knowing details of their own listing leading to unanswered buyer questions/concerns, not communicating amongst themselves or with their client, leaving on lights after open houses and not bringing in packages before them (knowing the seller has already moved out of state), and not taking accountability for agreements they made but didn't follow through on. But that's not even the worst part! The team, including Erin Catron HERSELF, adamantly REFUSE to accept any kind of constructive criticism. If you want them to immediately recoil and drop you, simply question them about anything or even slightly complain - easiest way out of a contract that I didn't want!!
