Impossible to reach them

I have paid up to date and yet they won’t make a delivery. I had no idea I was running out and had no idea I had a bill to pay. Why don’t hey send me a bill? Do they think I go to their website every day? In fact I just went to their website and can’t go into my account because they haven’t shown that I have paid them. I called their phone number and got cut off after several minutes with a recorded message saying they were too busy.
