Terrible service.
Terrible service. User-unfriendly, buggy and prone to error messages, and forces job applicants to fill in their CVs over again for every new job they apply to, because for some reason you can't just have one CV stored that you can use to apply for every new job. Filling in your details with the clunky interface can take literally hours with no way to save the CV other than submitting the job application, and for some reason there is no way to view applications you have already submitted.
This is possibly a useful web service for the companies doing the recruiting, but to the people who have to actually suffer through the process it is dreadful.
