I filled out and submitted an application for a particular puppy. I was notified that my application it was approved. The foster Mom asked when I could pick up the puppy, I advised at anytime as I only lived an hour away. I requested to view a video of the dog or do facetime. But was refused being advised it was contrary to their policy. I was then requested to pay all fees upfront. I advised her that I would pay in full when I saw the puppy in person. After that conversation I never heard anything further. I reached out to the Facebook contact Cathy McBain who advised the Foster Mom was sick and she would reach out. After several week neither she or anyone else contacted me . This make me wonder if this rescue is legitimate
