Breach of contract!
Per the contract any person belongings left in the house also included HVAC and Decking was included in the sale became the ownership of Prosperity Home Solutions LLC as of 12/8/2025 however in the photos displayed, it’s clearly visible that this was a Breach of Contract, I have contacted 2 different representatives of the company that were involved in the transaction with no response at all.
