Don’t rent from Zoul or Grand Island realty .. They are crooks
It’s Grand Island or Zoul Realty ,,, Mr Zoul is a crook , He will keeps most of your deposits , He kept 500 dollars of mine .. Saying it was for cleaning on a home that had hardwood floors and the home is 50 years old .. What could he have cleaned for 500 dollars .. I called Mr Zoul and he gave me the run a round . Then the deposit came 4 months after moving out . Law states 14 days on deposit returns .. If something brakes ,, It take months to get someone to service furnace or AC ..
