Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased a pair of size 37 boots and when I got them, they were too big. (This is the smallest size offered.) I was initially told the boots were not eligible for exchange or refund. I shared my thoughts on a review and within a day, was told I could send the boots back for a refund. After I mailed the boots back, I received a "gift card" to use for another pair of shoes. All of the sizes/styles I want are not available. If I would have known I wasn't going to get a refund, I would have just kept the boots and tried to make them work. Now, I have no boots and can't use the gift card. Terrible customer service.
