I purchased a pair of Lab diamond earrings from this shop via Ebay, wore them at the most 5 times for no more than 1hr at a time, a stone fell out. I returned the earrings at my cost; was told by the shop I would be refunded once I returned their earrings. The shop has denied receiving the earrings despite evidence provided by Australia Post that they received the earrings on the 22/12/2025. I seriously do not recommend doing business with this shop, the product I received was sub-par, the after-sales customer service is disgraceful. Shop somewhere else. Rubbish all round.
