In managing numerous buildings in NYC, I have never encountered such a poor experience with an adjusting firm. The customer service was the worst, and when a fire spread to several units, they completely ignored the adjacent affected areas. They informed the insurance that the damage was limited to just a few units. After going to court, they finally agreed to reopen the case, and we ended up using another adjusting firm that managed to resolve everything. I recommend staying away from them.
