The staff members are busy watching movies on the phones, sleeping on the sofa and the reception is unmanned during the day and especially at night as staff members are smoking outside or hanging in the supermarkets. This person is not service- oriented or punctual and consequently he cannot pass this to his staff. If you rented your apartments thru Orbi, you will receive an incorrect specification with incorrect amounts, your property will not be kept appropriately and your furniture will not be reimbursed or exchanged by David, as he is not working in accordance with your contract. At night, the security man is also sleeping in the room and the building is not guarded. If any dangerous situation will arise for guests and owners, this manager, David Pohl, will deny any existence of this situation and will learn the staff at the reception to do so. On one occasion, the cleaners have stolen the guest's personal things and didn't report to the guest or owner. On other occasions, the money has been stolen from other rooms rented by Orbi. Mr. Zoidze, chairman of Orbi, was informed about this case , but didnt act at all, as this is a norm at this company and US dollars 3000 is not a sum for him. All service staff workers have key cards from all rooms in the building and can enter the guest's room at any time as they are not informed by this manager about Georgian privacy law.
