Zonal the POS supplier with hopeless customer support
Please read the positive reviews about Zonal equipment and service with extreme caution. Real Users of Zonal equipment report a very disappointing experience with woeful customer support systems. The Zonal support desk appears to be manned by inexperienced staff with little knowledge of their hardware. The background management are unwilling to assist in the resolution of even basic issues. If you need a POS system them think many times before proceeding with Zonal. Don't live to regret a Zonal contract or purchase.
