The other reviews were probably written by friends or companies who have never done business with Jet Couriers. There prices are low, but so is there customer service and management. Pray you don't have a problem with them. If you do, you're out of luck. They will lie and deny the problem ever existed or blame you, even if you had nothing to do with it. Avoid this company like the plague.
