I am extremely disappointed with how this dental office handled my appointment. I was charged a $100 cancellation fee — even though I was rescheduling and had already partially paid for my treatment. Penalizing a patient who is actively rebooking and has money invested in ongoing care feels unreasonable and purely profit-driven.
There was no flexibility, no understanding, and no consideration for the fact that I was continuing treatment with them. This experience has completely undermined my trust in the practice. I would not recommend booking services with this dentist.
