Rod was kind enough to squeeze my unexpected appointment into his busy schedule by eating his lunch in his van on the way to my house. he explained everything he did and why he did it to improve the flush of the toilet and kept my expense to a minimum. He and his team worked on my septic drainage system in the past, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
