We hired Protective Force International expecting professional, accountable security services. Instead, we experienced chronic tardiness, questionable training standards, and reports that did not meet even basic professional writing expectations.
More concerning were ongoing billing discrepancies. Invoices were repeatedly incorrect, and explanations provided by the billing department were inconsistent. This lack of clarity and accountability eroded trust.
Security is not an area where excuses or administrative confusion are acceptable. We would strongly caution any organization to carefully evaluate alternatives before engaging this company. They are the cheapest you can find and you will still be overpaying and putting your apartment complex at risk.
