Bought two cables: Native Union Belt Cable Universal - 6.5ft Ultra-Strong Reinforced [MFi Certified] Durable Charging Cable with 3-in-1 Adaptor for Lightning, USB-C and Micro USB. Connectors keep coming loose. Native Union replaced one of two cables and we wired the connectors together so that we would only use the USB-C connector. So Native Union only had to replace one of two DEFECTIVE cables. The USB-C connector stopped working and I filed a claim. Native Union says that they do not cover their cables bought from EBAY. Strange, since they replaced one of the cables bought from EBAY back in 2024.
Their products are pure CRAP! We will never purchase anything from this company again. As they are unable to manufacture a quality product that does not fall apart, they change their policies to remove their responsibility to the consumer.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!
