Lumiere Photo is absolutely capable of doing beautiful work. A year and a half ago I had a good experience with Lumiere Photo. This past week I did not have the most pleasant experience. Their customer service "Rachel" did not demonstrate any concern for my project. If you believe you should expect what you are told to expect, or that deadlines are deadlines, you may want to look elsewhere.
