I had my roof replaced due to a hailstorm and it looked good until we had snow and the gutters created an ice dam and the roof leaked terribly. Water ran down the siding and some came out the roof vents. The gutters were not installed correctly. They did not install the water / ice shield required. They have returned to fix the issue but have not finished due to bad weather.
