We recently learned that our 20 yr. old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. We consulted with Mark about the cost and efficiencies of the furnaces Western offered. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful, making it very easy for us to decide what furnace we wanted. Brayan and Migual Alverez did an amazing job with the installation then Mark and Kolbi were great to help us get our rebate. We would not hesitate to reach out to these folks again with any problems.
