Totally Worthless Attorney and Represenration
Contracted Brad Kraemer to gain guardianship of my wife's twin sister who has Alzheimer's and is in a nursing home. Her two children has custody. We know that we could take MUCH better care of her with our resources including care with us at our home. We gave Kraemer the retainer he wanted up front and paid all our bills on time.......except for the last invoice because we felt he did not earn it due to the following:
We outlined in writing what we wanted for discovery ...We got nothing! ZERO!! We detailed in writing who we wanted brought forward at trial. The major witnesses did not show up or were not called and he did nothing about that at the hearing.....no complaints to the judge....no objections ...nothing! He showed up late to the hearing with a legal pad with no questions on it. I could go on but you get the message......Total incompetence in my opinion!! Meanwhile , my wife's twin sister is receiving care that coud be dramatically improved if only we could have been granted guardianship.......Better representation would have given us a fair chance.
