Terrible customer service
We were disappointed by our experience with this Nails. My parents were navigating an unfortunate situation, and the company's approach felt opportunistic rather than supportive. Communication was unprofessional in tone and lacked in empathy. And that was when they bothered to respond at all.
Nails prioritizes profit over people. The company failed to treat my parents with the respect one would reasonably expect. Be cautious and fully understand all financial implications before engaging with this business.
