Bighorn Toyota overfilled the engine oil in my truck . The invoice that I have is proof of that and the dip stick shows over the full mark. Over filling the oil is harmful to the engine. The sad thing is that they wouldn't do anything to fix it. I have been a customer of Bighorn Toyota fo 35 years and now my trust for them is gone.
