Richey management provided me with the absolute WORST experience. Their Rentvine tenant portal is not in compliance with VA landlord/tenant restrictions. They charge $40 to make payments.
The owner ( Colin Richey) is the most ubiquitous, mediocre and deficient excuse for a person. He refuses to treat people fair due to his overwhelming greed. His pathetic use of scare tactics shows his unparalleled desire to bypass what’s right and follow a superfluous plan.
Due to Colin Richey’s obsessive avarice, and retaliation—- he charged me $2400 to post a rental Property that was only vacant 30 days. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for: fairness, balance or professionalism.
