Not Employee Friendly
Having interacted with this company, I can honestly say I am not impressed. Employees seem to be an afterthought. The recent debacle regarding employee health insurance is an example. Try raising a family on a $5000 deductible. I know of one loyal employee who worked there for 5+ years only to be let go for trivial reasons. Overall, I would rate them quite low regarding treatment of their employees.
