Domain did a great job filtering their website photos! NOT reality!!
The elevators are out of service multiple times a year, the hot tub is constantly being serviced, the package room is closed and the office does NOT accept packages, so Amazon etc. leaves packages in the mail room to be stolen. Years ago the hallways were vacuumed weekly, but now they are vacuumed approximately 2x a year...so the pet fur is so thick in the hallways it sticks to your shoes and accumulates on your vehicle floor mats and your mats have to be regularly vacuumed. The gym has limited dumbbells only going up to 50 lbs and the current gym has a total of 3 working machines, 2 working treadmills and 2 working Pelotons. Yes, there's extensive broken equipment in the gym that is not replaced or updated, but they have closed the gym multiple times and spent money on replacing the floor! ;-( GMAFB!! Management has changed extensively and the prices continue to increase and the office hours are very limited. Do your RESEARCH before moving into Domain. Every apartment complex in the area provides far greater value than Domain.
