Beware....Cool Tech grossly overcharges for parts
January 29 2026 Fernando Cool Tech A/C responded quickly to my call that I had no heat. He did not tell me that he was replacing the thermostat until after he was finished. Fernando did get the system working , but only for about 12 hours. When I called him the next day, again Fernando came quickly and got the unit heating again....but that did not last longer than a few hours. All of this for $520.00!! Besides being LEFT WITH NO HEAT during a cold spell in Cape Coral, the worst thing was how over priced the thermostat was....$220.00 for very basic unit that I could have bought at Walmart for $47.93. More than 400% markup!! Plus installation!! This is NOT "Honest and Reliable Work" that he claims to provide. THIS WAS A RIP OFF!!
