I have been living here a year now and I put in a work order October 9th for suspected mold. They came out twice to check for leaks but didn't find anything. I got a third part vendor to come out and check for a leak and low and behold they found a leak. I have been calling and emailing them for weeks now about what we can do moving forward being that this is making me and my children very sick. I have been ignored and passed around from person to person. They have said they are handling this and reached out to my third party, but when I called, they said no one has reached out to them. They also stated they reached out to the leasing office but no contact back. I have seen and heard from 7 homes that left here very quickly. The turnaround is insane and I see why. PLEASE don't lease from this Company!
