Watch doesn’t work, terrible customer service.
My watch arrived not working. I contacted them and got a response that “the team” would look in to it. I sent them the order number as requested. This was in mid December. I haven’t heard a thing back from the team, or anyone else at this company. I’ve contacted them twice since then, and 0 replies.
