Bought a 12 x24 garage shelter, believe their warranty limits. When they say it has a 1 year warranty that is how long it will last. At one time you could get 5 years out of their base level shelters; now your lucky to get 2 years, after 1 year it starts to leak after 2 years it falls apart because of sun rot.
