Hello Rachel landscaping, the owner came to my house with a trailer full of mulch asking to refill front of my house. he offered other services as Rocks filling and others which I paid in advance. he did only the mulch part partially and mentioned that he was coming back the next day , I am still waiting for him to come back to finish the job. be aware
