I wanted to like this company....but...NOPE
I wanted to like this company, as I do like some of the designers they feature. The company itself leaves a lot to be desired and many of their designers can be purchased elsewhere.
So, there is a high mark for selection, but the faulty customer service will be the reason I won't purchase from this website again.
I don't need to go into the horror story, wrong item shipped, over a month to get a response, and then rudeness. Really put a bad vibe into our Christmas decorating.
I'm stuck with an item I can't use, that cost me over $200. Plus, I was lied to by the customer service rep. When I pointed that out, in a diplomatic manner, things took a turn for the worse.
All I can say...they need to clean house and bring in more relatable, kind and less rude customer service people.
