Horrible Experience , Unreliable
I have a horrible experience with this company. It is very unreliable. Initially they agreed to carry my houshold luggage from Bangalore to Pune for Rs 14000/- in sahring. But neve provided a quote and always delayed to provide a quote. After loading the luggage, He provided bill after 5 days.The bill he provided was Rs 21000/-. Their contact person told me that, if this amount is not paid then the luggage will be sent back to Bangalore. I had no Option but to pay the said amount of Rs 21000/-. After receiving the luggage, I found my Bikes Bumper is severly broken. He asked me to send Photo but no action for 15 days of follow up . Then he asked me to send Video. after few days follow up he has taken no action towards insurance claim. Now, he is not entertaining my phone calls. Worst experience with this logistics company . I don't recomment this service provider.
