CBM so called property management the most diabolical thieving conscienceless pieces of garbage
they deserve negative stars .. this is the most evil diabolical poor excuse for a property management company .. they are all crooks...they all live in million dollar homes & they are in cahoots with the USDA and anyone else who provides subsidies for them ... they steal our subsidies, they do not fix up the ghetto properties they have caused and keep taking away privileges their properties are not taken care of ,,, oh they may paint the exterior but the apts are constantly full of cockroaches & mice and spiders and all manner of mold and disgusting harmful things but they dont care ..all they care about is themselves ...some of their managers are vicious felons but they dont care.,...many of their managers are mean and nasty and are dealing drugs , but head of operations John Kammerer does not care as long as all of his spoiled decadent needs are being met as they totally blow off the legitimate needs of their tenants ... they tried to evict me for reporting their extremely shady negligent dealings & I am so glad I am away from them ... I live in a very nice place now, with good management & nice clean new apts with beautiful oak cabinets , new everything & no bugs whatso ever , no hard water & very good neighbors... those people put me through hell, but now I live in a much nicer location with peace & quiet & good management far away from the evil treacherous CBM group from hell
