Rude people who schedule for Horizon
I have never had a problem with the workers sent from Horizon.
Those who schedule for Horizon are the problem. They make an appointment and cancel at the last minute. These people are rude. I called this morning for an electrical problem. I was given an appointment between 10am and 2pm. Around 12:30, I was called and told there were no available appointments until Wednesday, today is Saturday. Don’t believe those who schedule the appointments. They also say there is no manager to talk with.
