Nothing "community" about these people - They are just as big a shysters as the worst of them
From the second I walked in the receptionist gave off a totally unwelcoming vibe - everything about her was the very embodiment of the word SNARKY...her body language, facial expressions and tone. It was a hot day and I asked where the water bowl was so that my dog could have a drink - there wasn't any. She was overwhelmingly indignant when I asked for one. As I stood there with a 45kg German Shepherd she returned with a bowl the same size as a small child's breakfast cereal bowl! I was charged $37 because the vet wrote a prescription for medication - that's in addition to the FULL consultation fee. And don't be fooled by the name "Community" Veterinary Hospital, there is nothing local about these people, they are not even Tasmanian it's interstate owned. They are just as big a shysters as the worst of them.
