This is absolutely my favorite beer in NoCO! The original staff is absolutely awesome, and most of the newbies are great too. Atmosphere is chill and very respectful of the pandemic laws to keep its patrons safe if you care about that. While I don t, I wear the mask for those who do because I don t wanna be 86 d! The quality of this beer is pretty much unmatched, and my father was stationed in Germany so we know good German beer when we find it. Oddly enough I think I hear a patron mention the same kind of compliment every time I visit. They also serve a good selection of more current American style beers that are excellent. Monday is a killer deal for a liter of quality beer on the cheap. Food trucks are usually available and you can also bring in your own spread. I m from Loveland, but when I go into FoCo it s always Zwei or Jessup. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

Best Pilsner in town!!! The owners and staff is super nice and will answer any question. Try the Zwei Pils, the Willie Nelson and the Sioux ( for hoppy) and the Shwarzbier. One of my favorite breweries in town

It pleases me to no end that I can find a simple beer such as a Pils. Makes me even happier that it is masterfully crafted with simple ingredients and not filled with 'this and that' to cover up a lesser product.

Small German brewery with a great atmosphere. Sat at the bar and had a great time talking with the regulars there. Just happened to be there at the right time to witness a true Stein Contest. Lots of laughs and good beers too. I really enjoyed their Espresso Luv stout.

In a town full of good breweries They are in the top flight. Keep up the good work boys and girls. Think of tipping as economic stimulus.

Went there on a rainy Sunday. It was really busy biut had a very chill vibe. Lots of friendly people and dogs. I loved that they had lots of sizes to choose from and a lot of options. I'm a fan of styles of beers not many folks make so I didn't find or try one that knocked me out of the park. The ambience felt like a brewery tasting room however, there were way more children accompanied by happy parents. It was oddly family friendly. Because of the size options and decent vibes, I'd give it another shot.

Excellent beers, great atmosphere. Definitely don't expect this to be FoCo's friendliest staff. Frequent flyers in as many of NoCo's breweries as we can. We have been here many times, and have become accustom to that fact. Had a hard time giving them a three, but the rest of the factors carry that rating.

Always great staff, eager to make excellent recommendations. Family and dog friendly. Have to admit that this last year I have been tuned into the food trucks. Pizza, Greek gyros, brats and burgers. All enjoyed with German brews on a great biergarten type patio.

Great place to get German beer. Lagers, wheats, etc. It seems like everybody is catering to IPA or Amber these days, so it's nice to have somewhere that caters to the lighter craft beer tastes. They have good variety and the atmosphere is fun!

I had great beers and fantastic service in a packed house. There's a reason why people fill the place. Great beers and beers! Love you and thanks for the great service. Cheers and happy holidays to you all!

One of the least pretentious FTC breweries. For that reason alone they should get 5 stars, but their beer menu is balanced and the setting is superb. There's a reason they're typically packed. During peak hours plan on parking at WalMart.

I have been going to this place since day 1, and have never had a beer here I didn't like. If you like German style beers this is the place. The Marzen is on tap right now, and it's the best in town, so drink up. And they have a good variety of beers for anyone's taste. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful, neighborhood-style microbrewery. Dogs and kids welcome, and they won't be completely bored. A large selection of German-style beers and a few IPAs and experimental brews. Snacks available, and often, a food truck later in the afternoon.
