Cheap, busy, and no drinks are served half an hour before closing time. Would have been nice before we got back in the car to go home

beware of paying hidden costs and even double costs will be charged. a towel package for 8.50 euros is already spicy, certainly for the sandpaper towels that you get, but it is also calculated without hesitation double and bad / hidden reported on the bill. and if you submit a question / complaint about this, it is reported that your own fault is not being addressed. sauna itself very nice

Thank you very much for two wonderful days! What a rest in a beautiful setting with friendly staff. I'll definitely return. (I would not worry too much about negative messages ... it is common knowledge that people often give feedback when they have something to complain about; not when they are satisfied.)

What a bad service!
My sister, who after a long nasty illness and heavy treatment wanted information about what is and what is not allowed in terms of hat or something in the sauna would be called back with this info. She didn't. Called again next day, same story, not called back. I started calling for her because this is very difficult for her psychologically. The haughty way I was spoken to was unheard of. I was snarled and it was said that the person dealing with it was not there and that she could only send an email to this person. I thought it was strange that they had not discovered this after two days. This was going to be my sister's first relaxing outing in a long time and she had to know in time because she wanted to stick to it overnight. I said that I did not understand that they did not do their best anymore to be able to give her a quicker answer. Again I was very unkindly snubbed with "do you want me to send that message or not"? I thanked you for this. My sister will now spend her first outing elsewhere, where people are treated with respect and understanding.

Facilities that are accessible with a standard entrance are equivalent to an average swimming pool. We have not been notified of any costs for the use of towels and slippers from den Zwaluwhoeve. Safe system did not work so we had to join the queue up to four times. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Was always my favorite sauna, has deteriorated in 2018 in terms of ambiance, service and offer in saunas. Last visit was piece or 6 saunas and herbal bath closed and it was overcrowded everywhere.

Beautiful sauna complex. But there are so many different saunas that you lose track.

Wonderful saunas and swimming pools. Nice outdoor area with lots of space. Good hotel. So we entertained ourselves very well.
But the buffet was downright lousy. Very limited choice and what you had was not tasty.

Large, saltwater pool, swimming pool, hot tubs, Turkish bath, Hamam, many types of saunas. Beauty salon, restaurants, scrub room etc.

Fun a day of wellness, less fun is that you have to pay for 2 rolls, 2 cups of soup and 2 beer over 30 euros, outrageous. We should all boycott these kinds of restaurants.

For the first time in my life I went to a Wellness with my girlfriend. We went expressly on a day where swimwear is mandatory, because we cannot do without swimwear. Unfortunately, when changing, you still have to change in a large communal room with the other guests. Husband and wife are not separated, although there are possibilities for this as there are 4 different changing rooms.

The Wellness is also very large and has many facilities, making it a good place to stay at this location for a long time. The decoration outside is good, but can be decorated a bit more tropical or nicer.

All in all, a beautiful Wellness where you can spend a nice relaxing day.

When I came in I was immediately helped. The sauna was enough space. I found it clean and was surprised by the amount of choice of baths and saunas.
I am renting a bathrobe or pricey and if you still want to eat or drink so you 40 euro more. But with enough money in your pocket you have a very nice and relaxing day in the sauna

Nice sauna, really relaxing! Lots of choice of saunas. Beautiful lawn with even a beach decor. Negatives: Reservation costs (waattt? Yes indeed ...)! Due to its size, it lacks some of the cozy character of the past.

Long wait was not even busy. Tight schedule (treatments) while we had never been there before. Very short explanation and then completely lost in the maze. There was no clock anywhere, and the worst thing was the ridiculous prices in the restaurant.

Today (2-8-15). Nice wellness center. But the hospitality is very bad. First a dead fly floats in your smoothie and then you have to wait half an hour before you get a new one (after you have addressed them again). Later in the day (already at least 5 hours in the center) we were asked in a not so friendly way to exchange our bag for a swallow-farm bag (we walked with that bag all day). Did we know much ... Then we were chased by the hostess, as if we were a bunch of criminals, or we were going to exchange the bag. Well then as a hostess you really don't track. We were also completely done with it and told her that we were going home because we were not treated well. She then chased us to the showers, dressing room, then to the checkout until we (probably in her eyes) were rotated. For us, never again the swallow farm. And only because of such a bad hostess.

Nice wellness center with nice saunas and a great nice outside place. A self-serve restaurant where the price / quality ratio is a bit lost .. 6 euros 50 for a smoothie. 4.50 for an apple cake .. reasonably on the high side for standard quality. In any case, it doesn't look like a culinary treat, a sort of upper fast food idea. The prices on the other hand are haute cuisine. No problem paying a little more but then you have to offer the quality that justifies the price and that is by no means the case here. Sincerely unfortunate and certainly room for improvement

It is a beautiful and clean complex. We have been there on a Saturday but have not experienced it as busy. The food in the restaurant is indeed expensive but tasty. Especially the pizzas are good to do! AND a very friendly pizza baker :). The rest of the staff is also very nice. There was a pleasant atmosphere and the other guests were friendly. The sauna facilities are super. We had a very nice day!

What a fantastic day at the Zwaluwhoeve. Beautiful new saunas, good food and friendly staff make it a fun day out. The low figure for google is due to the sauna factory that it used to be. Purchased two tickets for holiday 26th incl. 5 for VV through holiday auctions. It can be cheaper to book an offer via the Zwaluwhoeve website, since it contains food / drink and / or treatment. If you buy this separately it can get pretty expensive. To be repeated!

Fine wellness, the signage could be better and a clock here and there is no unnecessary luxury. Cutlery with food would also be nice.

The Zwaluwhoeve is a great wellness resort. The saunas look neat and the changing rooms are fully equipped. In my opinion there is a good price-quality ratio.

How this has deteriorated, there is no more control, it is now that IKEA enters your naked! Everything on, staff shortage and who work there no longer have time for customers! Too bad but for us the last time, We are going to Bussloo.

The Zwaluwhoeve is a nice mix between traditional and modern. Recently a number of new facilities have been added. Even when the parking lot is almost full you can still relax in peace. I can also recommend the dinner buffet. Relaxing and delicious food is a great combination. Nowadays every Tuesday and Thursday and a weekend-day swimwear day!

Beautiful sauna in itself, but don't miss hot showers on the 2nd sauna square. Scub space outside in some sort of shed was not what you expect. Due to the use of various converted buildings, it is quite messy in design.

Totally top very extensive lots of cattle baths and saunas and thanks to the large number of square meters despite the crowds, it does not feel like it is busy. Minus point: many house rules

Yesterday, Nov. 21 went to the swallow farm, been there very often !! (people if you read this no I am not a jerk who always complains) We luckily had free entrance because now it was a lot too busy. as described earlier herring in a barrel and nowhere could you lie comfortably, not in the sauna but also not in the relaxed areas. so for us also the last time, you better go to Den Bosch or put or busloo there you get at least value for money. and now I also understand more and more why they make so many offers because then it is still possible to go. we had to wait 45 minutes for tortilla chips and a bread board well the bread did not just come out of the oven so my question why does it take 45 minutes. For a plate of fries with 2 croquettes you pay more than 10 euros hello are you crazy or something really retarded. people next to us have their fries and croquettes sent back the fries were just cold and wrinkly well outrageous. Very unfriendly by phone, you will be referred to the website for every question. You have to send an email there and you will not receive a deliberate response, which means that your eticket has expired and you can therefore pay the full amount. It is also not possible to cancel or refund the costs already paid. It is impossible to submit a complaint. For us the last time we have been here. "Wellness resort" with dredging service. From now on to the well-known competitor, where they do pay attention to their customers and treat them as I expect at a wellness resort. And, it's not the first time this has happened.

Resort is nice if you are early, otherwise too busy and let them I think too many people inside. It is not maintained on silence etc which makes it chaotic. Here and there you can use some small refurbishments. Food is absurdly expensive, I understand that it is more pricey but the prices that they use are actually shameful.

Customer service? I do not think they know that, impossible to book a treat on the internet. As a test try to add other treatments and no 1 was bookable. After a very clumsy and customer-unfriendly menu finally someone on the line (they want you to do everything via the contact form) could not book treatment and they also could not see if there was room for a treatment. When I said but can not be that literally no 1 treatment is available? If only she could say you will have to ask at the desk if there is still room. For me last time Zwaluwhoeve ....

1 Of the saunas I enjoy. Always good for a relaxed day out with delicious handmade brick oven pizzas. The infusions are worth it. The resort has a large garden and many different saunas. I cannot post photos because mobile phones are of course prohibited. :)

In the first, we were evicted from a sauna because an infusion was planned. There was no notice that this would happen. The first restaurant we visited was closed despite the door being open. In the large restaurant you could only order drinks and food was self-service. At the checkout about 20 guests for us. You want to be spoiled for a day at Wellens. Unfortunately, that was not the case at Zwaluwhoeve. Unfortunately.

Wonderful day of relaxation. It is a pity that there is little relaxation space outside the catering establishments in the winter. No sunbeds inside. It was quite busy on Sunday afternoon.

Water outside at the right temperature everywhere. Shame about the many swimwear days. It is not a swimming pool, is it?

Visited the swallow farm on 6-8-13. Booked an entrance fee and a Dr. Fish treatment through holiday auctions. Booking was simple. I keep my review short: the swallow farm is beautiful and the facilities are top notch. It is only very busy but you can expect that on such a beautiful day during the holiday period.
Tips I would like to share:
1. DO NOT take a lunch buffet this will cost you 15 euros and the quality is poor.
For 6 euros a healthy fresh sandwich is made for you and that looks a lot better.
2. Bring your own bathrobe, slippers, towels (2 per person minimum) and a bottle of water. Otherwise you have to rent or buy this and that is expensive.

It's a very big place, so even if there's a lot of people it doesn't feel cramped. The staff was very nice and helpful too. What I don't like is that the saunas are never really that hot, I guess because people are coming in and out all the time. And when you're there when it's dark, as a first-time visitor, it's hard to find your way around in the massive backyard (where most saunas are), even with the map they give you at the entrance.

Dear gentlemen, I am very sorry that I went to the swallows hooves because discrimination is no longer of this time, that era is long gone and especially if you have to pay your money to be treated worse than a dog, but they don't see my face there anymore and honestly the money is not for all employees it is one lady who works in the restaurant it is not normal that you treat a customer this way and certainly not that the customer pays part of your salary within 2 hours completely ruining your day thank you lady

Unfortunately it gets worse and worse with this sauna. More and more days that you have to go into the sauna with clothing. And that is what wellness resort calls. It's just unhealthy! The sauna culture is being killed. De Zwaluwhoeve has become one large commercial bulk sales organization where it is all about money and where nothing more has to do with sauna relaxing and wellness. Very unfortunate because we came 2-3 times a week. Now sporadically. It is impersonal compared to before Reception staff are not friendly and have no knowledge of sauna. Strange but true.

Unfortunately, this sauna has chosen to exchange the high quality of a kind of resort mass tourism. In really no part was still love and attention. Next time we go again to a number of other saunas where the attention for a welcoming wellness experience is of paramount importance.

Fine and extensive wellness resort, one of the larger in the Netherlands. Wide choice of different types of saunas and baths, enough variation in temperature and delicious infusions. Contrary to what I read here in many reviews about the reception staff, we are very kindly and patiently assisted by the ladies at the desk. In terms of hygiene everything is fine, someone is always around to keep everything tidy. The complex is only a bit unclear because almost all rooms and aisles are narrow and low, the dressing rooms alone are a maze. What we found disturbing is that a few saunas (at least two) have a passage, which makes it a bit drafty and restless here. We also found that in bad weather there is insufficient space in the relaxation areas inside. Finally, the menu in the restaurant is on the very pricey side, something that seems to be normal in wellness centers, but such high prices as here have never been seen. Friendly service. So, in general, a fairly positive impression, but not worth taking a detour for us, there are plenty of similar or better saunas to be found in all parts of the country.

Delicious but food and drink is extremely expensive

Last week I caught my husband at Zwaluwhoeve. We had taken the lunch deal. However, upon arrival it turned out that the sandwiches that were included with lunch did not fit into my diet. The chef made no point and made a delicious salad for me. What a top service !!!

What a bad way of treating people !!!!! You get a wristband .... that did not work with the boxes. Then I get another one. All day well it was only Mega busy. So we had to wait for more than half an hour for toast. Then we want to go home .... we will pay I get a bill that you say to you !!!!! I say this is not right .... she looks at me surprised that that is not possible. Well really there is then a lady from the back after long nagging it is taken off .... Then I indicate that I do not feel good about this system! Get a big mouth of what are you moaning now mrr! I indicate that this is just rude How we have been treated @ this was the 2nd time I have been there and already 2 times I notice that the staff totaaaaaal are NOT customer friendly gossip about other customers etc .... too bad! So never meet swallows!
