THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE to work at , the clients are very rude and want the worse for you , the management sucked at my location and he didn t do his part at al , highly recommend not working here at all , plus the long shifts sucked Usualy 13+shifts with no leave to get food
If I could select no stars I would have. The house located in Bloomington, fired a staff because she was advising me about a seizure my son had and they never contacted me. I only found out when I called to talk to my son to check on him and he told me he had a seizure. No one never told me he was not taking his medicine and they told the staff to not tell anyone just document it. I called with my concerns and advised I would be reporting them, they kicked him out saying that he had anger and he violated. I just spoke to a staff member and my son never did anything that warrant him to be kicked out. But after they fired the staff today and after my phone call concerning no one calling me about his seizure is the reason he was kicked out. Christina and Chris are the reason the staff would label my child as a problem and the reason why the staff would only document my son seizure. Please never allow your disable child/adult to live in this Zumbro House in Bloomington, its all about the money and nothing else. I will be reporting this house to the government in the morning, they will do there job right with training and not sweeping everything under the rug.
Unprofessional management. Unsafe and unethical conditions for clients and staff. They do not offer their employees health insurance. Which is also a red flag. I do not recommend this company.
I used to live in zumbro back in 2008 or 09 and they locked up our shoes
Dirty homes, can't call EMS on clients who mutilate or cut their arms and thighs. ZUMBRO literally hires felons. I was a felon on 10-years probation for burglary and they hired me....see the state of MN background takes 5-9months to clear before employer is mandated by Mn DHS to immediately terminate all felons. My supervisor was a federal felon who sold and transported guns across state lines....still he was hired.
Worst place ever to work the management sucks and they make up false allegations against workers who spend most of their time there the government needs to shut them down !
Do NOT allow your loved one to live in any of the Zumbro House homes. There are others that will care for them and keep them safe. Zumbro House will not.
