It's a good lounge to hang out for a drink, but consider to eat before you go there, not because the food isn't good, it's brilliant but not good for your wallet, a dinner for 2 couples will cost a fortune

Overrated and overpriced popular spot. Food is good, service good, however not so overwhelming to become repeated guest for these prices.

This wasn't my first time trying Japanese food, but it was definitely when I fell in love with the cuisine.

Zuma was an experience like no other. The food, the drinks, the service...all were exceptional.

The portion sizes are great for sharing and sampling. An ideal place to go with friends but also intimate enough to take a loved one.

As a tourist we would like to visit the place based on these superior reviews. When we arrived the door a lady told us bar is very crowded but you can wait or hang on under 36 degree. So we said okay but they started to accept some guest when we ask why we could not enter they said same inside is crowded but situation started to become weird some people who has relationship with the manager they easly went inside! I am gonna deliver my message management even government consumers right due their racist and unethical behaviour. Be carreful before you go there! Do not waste your time!

One of the best fine dinner restaurant in Abu Dhabi. I recommend it for people who likes sushi, steaks, and japanese cuisine.

Trendy Upscale Japanese restaurant with nice standing bar.
I am a regular visitor to Zuma, primarily for the cocktails and artisan Japanese beers. They do a cool 'old fashioned', with a chunky ice cube stamped with Zuma.
Also a regular visitor to the restaurant part due to their tasty sushi...delicious. Their Crab shell sushi is delicious, as is the Gyoza!!
It is expensive and the restaurant does need to be booked as it can be busy.

My son's head got hurt by the elevator there (Be careful: the door of lift can shut down even if you are standing in the middle, it can not recognize if the kid is not tall enough). It was an accident and my son cried due to so much pain. But some of the stupid so-called "Manager" didn't apologize or take any action to calm us down, but gave plain, long and boring excuses or so-called "explanation" instead. Bad expierence, uncomfortable services and I think I will not visit there for dinner again...

I mean if you haven t been to Zuma, you must be living under a rock. It s the go to spot, especially on weekends, for great Japanese fare with a DJ who spins lounge music. Make sure you book ahead of time as this popular spot gets full quickly and reservations are hard to come by. Make sure you order the chocolate fondant for dessert - for some absurd reason, they ve removed it from the menu but rest assured, it s a staple that still exists.

My go to place for lunch. Expectations are always met. Staff are fantastic. Meals are on point. People ask me if there is a brand that I am loyal to, and it's always the Zuma brand. I dont mind paying the upscale price for the service delivery. If only I didnt stay close to the airport side, I would be there every day :(

Loved the atmosphere and ambiance of this place. Definitely fun to hang out with friends or even have a business lunch/dinner. Service is also top notch, very helpful staff. Food however was underwhelming. I went there expecting to be wowed, but the food was OKAY at best. The Prawn gyoza literally fell apart once you touched it, the fried chicken appetizer (can't remember the name) was flavorless. The shiitake mushrooms was also not that great, have had much better The braised beef tasted good on the other hand.

As much as I liked the atmosphere, but given the price and the underwhelming taste of food, I don't think I'd be going again.

To enter you will have to be in formal style or smart casual or the national dress of the UAE.

I highly recommend their sushi and drinks.

Always a great place to enjoy some absolutely gastronomic Japanese cuisine. Each bite is full of flavour. Considering I'm a vegeterian I usually have limited variety in this cuisine, though Zuma has lots to offer. Glad we celebrated our first anniversary with them in AUH.

The restaurant is distinguished and its varieties are unique and wonderful and the atmosphere is suitable for all family members but it is not useful at night. To offer spirits drinks located on the island of Marais located on the sea and there is valet service. The prices are very high in some varieties

They offer a Sunday-Thursday, lunch special that is much less expensive than their regular menu. Must arrive before 2pm. Food is great!
