Super cool environment, great food (tempura was a cloud!) Very nice and attentive staff. Certainly not cheap but it is worth all the money spent! About 70 euros per person, having drunk water and jasmine tea. I will definitely be back next year!

The menu choice is extensive but we were guided by our waitress and we made an excellent selection. The food tasted excellent and we could see it all being prepared in the open kitchen in the restaurant. It was prepared with imagination and presented beautifully. The restaurant itself was really tastefully done. The spacing between the tables was good so it never felt crowded. The decor was good and the view was excellent. The washrooms were clean and well stocked. The food is not cheap but the overall experience was very good and I would visit again.

No words can explain the quality of the food in the restaurant. I still prefer Dubai s Zuma in terms of staff service.

Unbelievable Dishes: all of Elite Standard...Guess what: I cannot belive it! They have Fresh Wasabi!! So friendly and knowledgeable staff...

I lost count of how many times I've been here. Possibly the best place to hang out in Abu Dhabi for a drink with good Music.
Place looks stunning and staff are polite.
Food is a little pricey but amazing!

Without a doubt the worst service I have Ever had in any Restuarant in the world!! Having eaten in my favorite Zuma (London) many times over the years I was very excited to try the one in Abu Dhabai and the vibe and setting was perfect. Having sat down for over twenty minutes we had to ask for our order to be taken. Generally the food was excellent but not once we we offered or served a drink Even though we ordered with our food (including water) and several dishes came out we did not order despite going through beforehand with our server (Alexenendre). To be fair the chef came to our table mid way but we were then served a bit of fatty gristle meat they claim to be their most expensive of the menu - Japense Wagu beef for 893d - that I would not feed my dog! We were then told to hurry up as the kitchen was closing!? Bar staff excellent (Jobe) but overall the service was non existent and this is the first bad review I have ever given. Manager did remove the wagu from the bill and we were given token dessert but far to little, too late. Thank goodness I live in UK where they know what is expected at this level of dining!

Delicious food, amazing service. The atmosphere is very nice and there is a DJ. You need to have a reservation in advanced better as the restaurant is very busy especially during the weekend. Valet service is available

I have never eaten Japanese so inauthentically. The dishes are spicy and overpriced (under 300 you can hardly get out of there with drinks - 2 people). The sushi is just okay, the rest has nothing to do with izakaya style. The staff - it feels like every second person who is in this restaurant is also working there - gets on the nerves pretty quickly, as the many people have too little to do for the few guests (we were here on Friday evening, so on the weekend ...). Nobody we asked at the store (from the staff) has ever been to Japan. No wonder the restaurant is believed to be Japanese cuisine. Don t go there. A waste of time and money par excellence. As a Japan connoisseur and fan, an unreasonable discomfort and disappointment ... However, the location is very beautiful. However, that alone is by no means sufficient!

Great ambience, slick decor and beautiful food! Each and every option on the menu we tried so far is delicious. Our favorites is the corn and the rice speciality to share (kind of a risotto).

One of best fine dinning in the city. Great menu that satisfy all kind of taste and relaxing and beautiful environment and interior design.

The only tasty thing is salad nothing's is Don as should be as famous restaurant the cook is poor and the rice is over cook

Absolute disaster. I ve never experienced such embarrassment. Management needs some training as it lacked basic communication skills. Food is overrated. Never again.

What a lovely fine dining experience of Japanese food. The restaurant is very chic with live chef cooking in the centre of the restaurant. Amazing food lavish your taste buds with a good selection of great tasting food. Waiters and waitresses finely dressed. Love the setting and style of this restaurant. Chic entrance on the ground floor and with dining in the basement. Lovely place to hang out.

If you are craving an outstanding Japanese meal, then this is the place to be in. They serve the best sushi I've ever eaten - and I'm a huge fan of it - and beautiful main courses too. I especially like the ebisu menu (business lunch) for lunch if you are looking for a quick yet perfect meal. Also, service is 5 star and one of the best in the country.
