Zou Zous will be hearing from my attorney. Paid $4 for a cup of ice and about 2oz of mocha. Finished my drink before even leaving the counter posted a photo for reference

Enjoyable atmosphere. Simple and tasty lattes, caps, mochas. Great food menu for a tasty bite to eat. The savory smells of crepes and quiche fills the air. I look forward to my best stop in for a bite and coffee.
Great food and good selection, wait wasn t too long on a Sunday morning too
Too crowded. Plus the staff was taking phone orders with a line at the counter. The salad was okay, nothing spectacular. Not impressed with the customers taking up space using free Wifi when people want to sit. Overpriced food.
Lovely place! Great food and they cater to people with food sencitives. Spent a long time here and never felt rushed out even when they were closing.
This is a nice little coffee shop at the main intersection in downtown Chelsea. As a matter of convenience, it's a one block walk or so from the closest city parking area. Based on my single experience, I'd give ratings for the atmosphere and service of 5 stars each, but the coffee would only get 3 stars. I'll elaborate.
The vintage interior is very nicely done and provides an attractive, roomy space to enjoy a hot beverage (or a cold one, I suppose) and perhaps also a treat. There is a reasonable number of indoor tables and outdoor seating is also available. That's a great option for nice weather days, as was the case when I was there.
The staff were very efficient and attentive when I visited. I opted for an Americano, which was decent. Quite honestly, I was hoping for a stronger brew, as that is generally my preference. So I'm giving this rating more on the exceptional ambiance and good service. I don't want to penalize too much for one visit trying one item. Next time, I'll go with a Redeye now that I've calibrated their offerings relative to my taste. But overall, this is a very enjoyable spot for a few relaxing moments when you're out and about.
It's hit and miss with this place. Many times on the weekends, they get too busy to properly keep up with customers. We've had orders lost and made incorrectly. We've had to wait incredible amounts of time for food. I'll definitely recommend them, just not when they're busy.
Very cute coffee shop. I had a breakfast sandwich on a croissant and it was delicious! Good menu, good coffee and I love the vintage pictures.
A wonderful cafe with a wide selection of breakfast, brunch and lunch fare, with very decent prices. Also, they have the best chicken noodle soup I've ever had. The broth was rich and herbal, and it was full of carrots.
