I've ordered from Zoro dozens of times. Generally have good service and competitive pricing on both tools and hardware items that we use in steel building construction. However on the last order I was short about 200 screws - I needed and 'thought' I ordered 400 screws but only received 200. I called and it turns out the item description was incorrect. And in their defense, and in hind-sight, the pricing per package was more inline with 100 screws per package. After the customer service woman on the phone realized there was an error on the item description I would have thought they would have offered to do something for me - especially since I used all the screws the previous day and now we were waiting to install the remaining decking. The customer service woman's only response was too bad they made an error and that I could reorder and wait another 5 days for the screws to be shipped. I didn't specifically ask for her to help, but I realized it was an error on their and we all make errors. But this error has caused problems and money for me. Not even an offer to help with shipping or expedited shipping on the remaining screws I needed - nothing. So buyer beware, their item descriptions may not be accurate.

Haha. Not surprised to read the other 1-star reviews. You need to up your game Zoro. Ordered a drive belt for garden equipment. Apparently, you didn't have it, but instead you just cancel the order and don't email me to tell me. So I'm just sitting here waiting for this thing. You get my big thumbs down photo for that one. Oh and to reach a customer service agent, wow that's annoying too, with all your stupid interruptions by your recorded representatives. #NeverAgain #Unreliable

Ordered six Outdoor table and chair packages and six 4 chair packages in early April. website said "3 day shipping" . Got an email saying it wouldn't ship until May 31st. Ugh! Well into Outdoor season! I waited several weeks and got another email saying it will be shipped June 7th. Ugh! Even worse. I stuck with it and continued to wait. Then, in the middle of May I get an email that they are canceling the order. Now I am scrambling to find an alternative! I think this is some kind of broker and not actually a store. Good luck with your orders. If it is something important, I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

I had an issue with a 12' ladder that I purchase from Zoro where it was delivered with a warped/broken leg likely due to the last mile carrier's handling of the product. When I called their customer service, I was expecting to have to beg/plead/argue with the representative to get a replacement but they immediately ordered a no charge replacement and created a label to have UPS Freight pickup the damaged one.

Painless transaction, especially being skeptical of a company that I had never purchased products from.

ordered new motor for my RV Air Conditioner..arrived just a few days later packaged perfectly and exactly as advertised..excellent service thankyou....very happy

Was a mistake ordering thru Zoro. How can you sell an item thats not available and don't know when it will be?

Poor customer service and communication. After waiting several weeks for an order to arrive I called to get an update only to be told that the order canceled and a wre refund would be issued within 6 business days. No notice that the order was canceled. Had I known that they were just going to cancel the order I would have placed through Amazon.

Zero customer service from Zoro. I still have not received my order after 10 days. No tracking number has been issued. Zoro refuses to answer their phone. Zoro does not reply to my emails. I am now out over $150 with nothing to show for it! Order #SO22830879

Horrible customer service. They are advertising product that they don't have in stock. What a scam. Don't buy from them. Get your stuff ANYWHERE but Zoro

Don't bother deal with them. Placed an order, 14 days later still nothing and when I inquired, they said they will follow up but it could take up to 5 business days to get an answer. What kind of antiquated system are they using that it takes 5 business days to get an answer? Buy elswhere. Amazon, Grainger, Walmart, Costco, anyhwere but this place.
