Lidija is the best! Her knowledge about skin care and products is extensive. She customizes the products, daily skin care plan, and treatments that are best for my particular skin. Her professionalism, expertise, and dedicated, service to her clients keeps me coming back. P.S. I love the way my skin looks!

Every experience here has been a positive one. Dr. Bielfield is kind, professional, and honest and takes however much time is needed to answer questions and give a full explanation of a procedure and what to expect. It's obvious that he really cares. I can say the very same about Lydia, from whom I get hydrofacials (which have greatly improved my skin). Front office is responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

I had an amazing experience with the entire staff at AD&V. From the time I walked in to the time I left, I was taken care of. I have had two visits and both visits I checked in and within a minute I was taken to a room and assessed. Same with the doctor, I wasn't spending 10,15,30 minutes just waiting on him to come to my room. Dr. Bielfield, DO, FAOCD, was professional, but extremely kind and you can tell he truly cared about my condition and how it could be resolved. He didn't just look me up and down and write a prescription. He took a biopsy, did a full body scan and asked me several questions. He took a holistic approach at fixing the problem, rather than just writing a prescription for pills - which made me happy. Thanks to a recommendation to light therapy and a topical cream - I am on my way to healthier and better looking skin! P.S. On my way out, I saw my Aunt (who lives about 40 minutes from his office) and I had no idea she went to him. I commuted from the Domain and will continue to do so I know I am receiving top notch care. 10/10 recommend!
Great staff. Great doctors. They take the time to understand your issues and look at things holistically. You get the sense they are not there simply to cash your insurance check but to understand and properly treat your dermatological issues. One of the rare practices these days that take the time to treat their patients like humans, not fast food tickets. If you're looking for a bonafide medical practice with highly qualified doctors and not just a glorified and overpriced aethetician, you'll find it at Austin D & V.
