Worst experience at a hospital. My grandmother broke her back and needed to pick up the x ray photo herself. With that bieng said by a staff member and bieng told that the c.d would be ready at 8 in the morning at the orthopaedic desk, once arriving on time and at the desk it was closed. My grandmother and I needed to walk back and forth to search for the x ray photo while it was at another desk the whole time. This does not sound bad, however, my grandmother had been walking with a broken back and there was nobody who offered assistance whatsoever. This could have been easily arranged if the staf member we first contacted informed us that the disk would be at the correct desk. Sadly no empathy at this hospital, badly organized. I would advise to go to Antwerpen or Rosendaal for a better treatment.

My mother was looked after very well at the time of admission and afterwards the nurses were friendly and caring. My mother got meat substitutes on request. Also some disadvantages: little information about the progress of the treatment.

Worst hospital ever they don't let foreigners enter the administration too busy chatting and gossiping about the people who walk in doing their job absolutely not good we are waiting here until the morning while the Dutch are free to walk in indescribably if you plan are clearly let you know that you want to go to Roosendaal

My mother broke her hip this morning and is being operated on here. The nursing staff is friendly and understanding. The planning is a bit difficult ..... we are now waiting 10 hours after admission and the operation is still not started .... she is 96 years old ... and it is not even certain that surgery will start today. This is clearly a poorly planned Operation Room .... normally you have to plan unexpected operation capacity for emergency admissions. We do that in business too .... incomprehensible?
The hospital itself looks pretty good.

What a relief after having been in Roosendaal twic...

What a relief after having been in Roosendaal twice! Last week a whole week here and I am very well cared for. The first days I was very sick and they came to see me on the assembly line and ask if they could do something for me. There is a different doctor at your bedside every time, but also praise for that.
A hospital where they really care about the patient !!!

A large hospital with many medical specialties and care as well as a department of childbirth and treatment of children
And an internal pharmacy with the necessary medicines for the patient .. Care is very good and the hospital has modern medical devices .. Staff of doctors and staff and assistants provide good services .. There is parking outside the hospital and inside the hospital campus

I really don't recommend this place if your sick a...

I really don't recommend this place if your sick and you want to get a normal medical check up.
I've got rejected by an infamous woman at the help desk for the first aid. They neither did let me speak about my disease and they barely understood my English.

They only allowed me to talk with another infamous nurse about the fact that my health insurance didn't provide me with a GP nearby my place because they were fully booked, while I was begging for a normal blood pressure test, as my vertigo symptoms were increasing. At the end I've got rejected also by this woman and while I was talking at the phone with my manager for explaining what was going on there, they forced me to leave.

Later on in a pharmacy where I was desperately looking for a medicine, I realized that they lied to the pharmacist who was trying to help me, saying that I was rejected because I tested negative to all their exams!!!
But I neither had the chance to measure my pressure!!

Liars, infamous, useless, money scrammers, unreliable, unprofessional and unfit to represent an European country like the Netherlands.

Hopefully I will get the people who treated me that way with a legal report or a police report.

According to me, they have more lawyers walking around here than docters here so much goes wrong, everyone you talk about this hospital has very bad experiences, if you suffer from your back then it is between your ears, then you go to a good hospital Belgium and a scan is made immediately and it appears that there is cancer in your kidneys, saying to someone else that he has cancer, he will then also go to Belgium for a second opinion and it turns out to be just healthy, my own girlfriend came here in the emergency department due to a collision. She had 3rd degree burns (we also found out in Belgium) in the bravis she said they were scrapes and that it would heal by itself, because of the negligence in this hospital she has now had to undergo 2 surgeries with permanent scars as a result which was probably not necessary with earlier intervention. I can almost continue indefinitely about the mistakes made here.

But that's what makes the females bloodshot,
Sweet little ladies at the bali at the outpatient clinic,
And the delicious coffee at the outpatient clinic makes everything good again.

If you want to get an MRI scan at this hospital through referral from your doctor, this is not done. You are forced to get a referral through a specialist. This means that all doctors in Bergen op zoom no longer ask for a scan because this right is apparently reserved for the Lievensberg specialists. How much did our health insurance premium go up? First to the doctor then to the sports doctor then to the specialist and then to the radiologist

Especially urology
They ran my kidney stones for almost 7 years and didn't take my complaints seriously
Had a lot of pain and a lot of blood peeing and still say that the pain is between my ears and that I am only after opiates and got stamped here
Surveys and results that just disappeared suddenly are very strange
Finally went to rotterdam and had to do further investigations there again because there were no recent investigations and it was said that I did not go to the appointments at all
Very clever what they have received from the health insurer for this I have filed a complaint with my health insurer
After they were told she only worked against even when I ended up at the emergency room I got very bad help
In the last few months I never even saw a urologist, only his assistant
Eventually I was helped in the umcg groningen by surgery and my complaints are gone and it also turned out that my oxalic acid was too high and had immediately been given medication to prevent new production of stones.
Today I had to go to the hospital urgently and was helped with great difficulty because a kidney stone came out again but was not taken seriously again did have a CT scan and an ultrasound but there was nothing to see and I could not hurt to have
Finally helped again by my doctor for the pain
And now go to Rotterdam for a check to have everything checked
Really people if you have to go to a urologist don't go to bravis but find another hospital because bravis is really very bad
An investigation of my health insurance is underway at the request of the umcg because they did not handle my treatment properly, which the umcg had solved within 3 weeks, which bravis did nothing about for 7 years
This hospital made my life hell for 7 years
As long as they can collect from the insurance and not look at the patient or the complaints

Via the emergency department with our youngest daughter of 3 months old to the children's department. Helpful nurses, quick diagnosis and clear explanation for us as parents. Nice children's room in the emergency department and also modern rooms in the children's ward where each room has its own theme (country). Very satisfied with the care offered and its speed. Communication with the nursing staff and doctor went well.

I arrive there for collapse, first at the check 4 different people could not recognize that I had a collapse so they went out of my experience and I was still referred, I have to wait from half past seven to 12 hours until I get to my room brought strong start.
well there I had to wait from friday till monday to wait for my operation, meanwhile I and the sister were not informed about the time of the operation, so in the morning I woke up at 6 o'clock to eat a sandwich because they didn't know the time yet. so I eat well they come at 8 o'clock, yes you have eaten so the operation does not go through, so the resistance is delayed to Wednesday. well nice then, well an hour later I am told that I have to go home for that day and a half, instead of staying there so that is worth it.
now 4 people come along who all say that I can and should go home, that I just had to go to the anestasist, I went there, he also says that I can go home then.
so then we drive back home, 15 minutes later I receive a phone call telling me that I need to have a blood sample, I have to go back for that, once there I had to ask myself if something else should have or do something, so yes of course I have to also have a paper, which of course they didn't say anything about, again, surprise. so then I walk to the clinic to puncture my blood, my blood gets punctured that stupid man immediately takes the pressure off the puncture wound so I have a nice thick blue arm because that tuthola did not put pressure on the puncture wound. and then I still have to undergo surgery, so that will be a prayer if everything will be okay. absolutely do not recommend it, no one knows anywhere about communication is just shit, gets nothing to hear until it is already too late and therefore no longer serves any purpose. drive a bit further to another hospital, definitely worth it.
