Extremely good experience with this company. Sorted a place out within 2 weeks and every question I have asked has had quick and kind responses.

Zest were very good at keeping me up to date with my application via email, and made the entire moving in process quick and easy.

Bobby at Zest was very kind and accommodating, easy to communicate with over the phone, and again made the process of confirming my room easy, with no delays or other issues. Would highly recommend moving with this agency

Hayley was an honest delite to deal with, from am initial enquiry I was moved into a new room within 2 weeks.

Not only was Hayley delightful but she knew exactly what she was doing and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process.

I was in a rush to find a room (I had 2 days) and stumbled upon one of Zests beautiful rooms on Spareroom.com. I immediately inquired and got a call from Hayley who helped me secure the room within 2 days and I couldn t be more thankful. As well as the efficiency, Hayley was very lovely, kind, and she even offered a few pointers for the area I was moving to (places to go, how to get into the city centre etc). I would highly recommend Zest, not only for Hayleys helpfulness but also the rooms and the admin department who wrote out and sent through all the documents needed to get me moved in. I have had a great experience with Zest, they have been professional attentive and helpful. Lindsay in particular is an asset to the team. She is efficient, understanding and reliable and always ensures all issues are resolved. Hayley is also lovely, she checked me into the property and was there every step of the way to ensure my check in was as smooth as possible.

Overall my experience with Zest has been fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a property management team who look after their tenants!

I spoke to Hayley on the phone about an ad I saw on spare room, and told her what I might be interested in and she was so great, that she knew what I needed and sent me over a variety of rooms to look at. The whole process was so easy and stress free. I would recommend Zest and Hayley to anyone looking for a house share. Absolutely Brilliant!!!

Zest is a great agency and my experience so far has been excellent. The advertising was very well done and the room was as described. The rental process was easy and the staff were very helpful. Any issues I have had have been dealt with quickly and fairly, and my overall experience with Zest has been great!

I dealt with Bobby from Zest, I needed to move into a room ASAP. Bobby was so helpful and friendly, he was so responsive to any query I had, he always answered the phone when I rang, really proactive and outstanding customer services.
Lindsay, his manager was also very helpful and is also very responsive to any queries that are raised.
Zest appears to be managed and run by a friendly and welcoming team, who portray professionalism through their passion to assist everyone in the property market.
