Horrible Company. Do not work with them. Kellan McGowan and Cynthia Sanchez gave us run around all day. I emailed 20+ times only one reply from Cynthia what we spoke over 30 min ago and we are still working on the situation. We suppose to deliver Friday 7am we waiting all day till 6pm and they said we will see what we can do after weekend. They have no respect for drivers and do not care if drivers have to stay over weekend and ruined their week pay because they fail to do their job for making delivery appointment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU ALL DAY.
Broker will cancel you the load and plus he will refuse to pay you the TONU and plus he will be very rude and unproffessional. I am attaching the screenshots bellow
JR Carranco Is not honest and costed me thousands of dollars. Will never do business with this company again. We book a load together with a delivery for Thursday when we arrived Thursday we were told it will take 5 days to unload trailer. Broker JR Carranco Never answered phone calls but would ONLY text. His messages to me was that he s sorry for the holiday backup at the receiver and that we will be paid $400 per day that the trailer is stuck.turns out he could only get 250 a day approved. Trailer sat over 5 days at this receiver without proper pay. Not cool. NO STARS***

I work with a few different people here at Zengistics, but my main guy I am in contact with is Justin Exnicios. What an honest, great person to work with... He is always helping out and is very straight forward with all business matters which means everything to me. I would never be hesitant to send anyone his way that needs a great 3rd party logistics team to help out with their operations. Keep doing your thing man!! Always a pleasure, looking forward to a long term relationship.
I had the opportunity to work under a load guided by GIL today. Everything went so smoothly. I've been in this business for 33 years and I've seen and heard it all. From the moment this load was assigned to me GIL was polite, professional and in constant correspondence with me. I was 6 hours early on my arrival and GIL successfully made every effort to change my designate appointment time and get me unloaded early. Honesty and a man's word goes a long way. GIL is a man of his word and in this industry, that's by far better than what others in his same position have demonstrated. Keep up the good job GIL and I look forward to working with you in the near future. And for those who's job descriptions are equivalent to those of GIL'S, he would be a great role model for you to follow.
We blacklisted this broker because they clearly do not value the services we provide. We are not going to assign our trucks to a broker who cannot be bothered to put even the slightest effort into caring about their loads or carriers, especially when other brokers have far better conflict resolution. We were told "We can just get another carrier". Good luck finding thousands of extra trucks each month with an attitude like that.
I am working with Kandola trans. Inc and Marcus does a really good job working with us. He is always helping us and has a great attitude. Whenever we have questions or need help he always answers on time and is there for anything that comes up.
I absolutely love working at Zengistics. I took a chance on a growing company by moving to Austin from Tennessee and it's been the best decision of my life. The people, culture, and leadership here have been second to none. It's truly a blessing to have the opportunity to work and be a part of Zengistics.
Wish it were possible to give zero stars, that is what this liar deserves. He lied about the delivery date, just to get me to cover the load. I had to lay over 24hrs because of him. DO NOT do business with this man.
