Wow this place is for real. The ambience of Zen was Zen music perfect for mood and now the food. I had red Currie with shrimp medium delish. If your in Daytona beach it's a must go.

The place is excellent for Thai cuisine with a slight modern touch. But the dishes here and amazing. Be careful with spicy ness as Thai hot is really spicy. The papaya salad is very good and their curries are great. They some times have coconut moscato which is a must try, pairs well with the stir fried noodles or Phadtai. The friend banana with ice cream is great and some time they will have coconut rice with mango (many people crave) but I am not a big fan of it.

The choice of currys alone makes this place worth the visit. I love it and loved Olive our waitress. We will be back.

Used to come for good food, somehow the food became bad and the service as well. The portions got smaller and they hate it if you bring pets, I saw the kitchen door open with roaches inside.

Nice out door patio dinning area. Edamame was plenty for 2 people to share. Fresh ingredients and flavorful food.

Crispy Thai Basil Duck was delicious (as always) accompanied with Plum wine, yummy!

It s hard for me to find Thai food that I absolutely love, but Zen Bistro definitely has it. The Masaman Curry is sooooooooo good! I should also mention how great the service is. Nice atmosphere too.

A gem within the Daytona - it's hard to find a place like this in the area. The food is cooked to order and fresh. The outdoor seating in the garden is tranquil and relaxing. On a nice day head up for lunch and a drink and it will just make your day.

EDIT; they've recently switched their carryout containers to literal cardboard boxes. It dampers the food, just eat inside it's worth it.

Delightful!!! Super friendly staff, restaurant was immaculate, food was delicious! They have a beautiful, romantic courtyard to enjoy your meal. The only complaint I have was the fried tofu was very bland. But everything else was fantastic! All food made fresh and special orders are not a problem! I will definitely be back!

Zen Bistro is amazing! At their older location when my husband and I were is college still, she would take our daughter around the restaurant in order to give us a bit of time alone to eat as she got her fill of baby time. The owners are so sweet and have done some remarkable things here at the new location.

This is the best Thai cuisine we have ever had and we quite the travelers! Quiet, serene and simply delightful engaging staff makes this place one of a kind. We try to sneak in here whenever we are in the area.

Steamed edamame is great sauteed vegetables with excellent as well as the vegetable soup. Very good prices excellent service. Nice atmosphere

Called ahead with reservations. We had two small children who were dining with us and so excited to try something new. We honestly just felt in the way and a burden on the staff the entire time we were there. However, the food was phenomenal. Dont recommend taking any kids here.

It s a beautiful courtyard that gives u a feeling of peace when u eating outdoors. I was late so ordered the food to go, but sat in the courtyard. The taste was very good

My Thai Ice Coffee was one of the best I've ever had.

The food was pure heaven, I never wanted to stop eating their vegan Pad Thai with tofu! The tofu tasted amazing!!! They cook it to perfection! The atmosphere is so calming and the courtyard is gorgeous. Plus the employees were so nice and helpful I was shocked with their amazing service. I can t wait to go back!

The best fried tofu I can find! I've tried other places but nothing compares. Reasonably priced, never a long wait, the staff is always friendly and the food is exceptional every time!

I wouldn t advise any minority to eat at this reasturant. The waiter miscommunicated what I order and I politely told him this is not what I wanted or ordered he said he can order the correct order for me he will just box up the other meal, I explained that I did not order this meal and would I have to pay for it he explained yes because this is what you ordered I asked to speak with a manager the manager came and said he spoke with the server he said you ordered this meal , I will change it this Time but as a restaurant we do not respect customers who lies and says they didn t order a meal , it was just rude of him to say that then he cancelled the order and gave me the check and asked did we need to go plates while I was still eating my first order. This is a white owned business in Florida and I do not believe if I was of his race none of this would of happened.

My family has a business downtown Daytona Beach and I always look forward getting away and to have some wonderful meal at Zens bistro, because of working downtown I frequent many restaurants and I would say Zens is my Favorite,They make everything to your taste and satisfaction. I highly recommend if you are alone or with friends this is a great place!

This place was wonderful! Great service, nice ambience, and amazing food. The sweet & spicy peanut sauce is out of this world. Beer & wine only. Absolutely worth going!

Excellnt food, atmospere, staff. You can get vegan here if you ask them to hold off on the oyster sauce. They are very accommodating to vegan peeps wanting vegan eats. The food is fresh. The place is very clean. Love it!
