A pity. Called yesterday with the promise that someone would call back to help remotely with an A6 error. Not happened. Turns out today after 45min in the phone queue that my complaint cannot be resolved remotely at all. So good service.
Called Zehnder for a mounting kit from a design radiator, was lost during construction. Can only be ordered through their wholesaler that does not sell to individuals. Finally arrived at Warmteservice after 4 calls and arranged through them. Much more accessible and helpful. Bad service from Zehnder. As a private individual, you can go to many large companies if you need a missing component.
Unbelievable how quickly and attentively they respond here. We had a question that dealers couldn't answer. That's why they emailed them directly. Nothing was too much trouble, I always received a correct answer and eventually even an account manager called to show up the color, because samples in the store did not provide enough clarity. What a worthless company. We have a heat recovery system from Zehnder, but it has not been working for a month due to a broken sensor. Our installer said that this is covered by the warranty and that Zehnder will repair it. Our installer has been in contact with Zehnder several times and they would schedule an appointment for repair, but nothing happened. Customer service / friendliness is hard to find. If you are in doubt between a Zehnder and another HRV installation, I would go for that. There is no worse service than this
