On 23/4/2018 I went for service the professional Moser hair clipper that I had bought for 220 on 8/5/2017 from their stand at the hairdressing exhibition at MEC Paiania, as I have been in the profession for 18 years. Before time could even close, it melted the plastic that touches the shaft to make the cutter work and at the same time made noise. At the same time I had with me the previous machine, exactly the same logic the cutter and the shaft, which 8 years of continuous operation did not even give such a problem, which I explained to them from the beginning that I will not accept any excuse for use. In my comment that they have already created a problem for me in my work, they replied that they usually take a maximum of 3-4 days to inform. After 12 days without informing me, I called them to see what was happening. Their answer was that out of the 45 hours of operation of the machine, 5 were without oil, so they would need to change the cutter and the motor, that is, the whole machine because it also consists of 63. In my complaint that none of what they say is valid as I have been using the machine for 18 years and that in 1 year of use there is no justification for melting plastic, not even more, and I do not accept their reasoning, they told me that they will call again soon. They never got back, I called again in 3 days and again the same. I got the machine as it was.
I have already addressed the OMBUDSMAN and I was so detailed because I want to protect my colleagues in particular. AWAY from this "company" !!!!!!
