Always overcrowded. Everyone is loud, shouting. When they close to clean, and reopen after a short time, - the place is still dirty. Food on chairs and tables. Loads of rubbish on the floor. And to top it off - it is fairly expensive. Won't be coming back again.

Cannot believe how disinterested the receptionist was when we walked in and asked for a table. I suppose we may have something in half an hour!

I think someone needs to work on their customer service.

Great buffet experience. You pay for a 1hr45m slot, and then are free to gorge yourself on the wide array of cuisines available to you. Unlike my usual experience of this style of restaurant, each of the cuisines available appears to be a good example of its type, and the sheer variety means that you will probably leave feeling that you missed out on some food you would like to have tried or burst from having eaten too much. In addition, the decor makes it seem like you are in a dystopian sci-fi film, which for me definitely adds to the experience.

I love it. The wide selection of food from different areas of the world means that you can try new things that you wouldn't normally have. The kids loved it as well they enjoyed trying new foods (many of which they didn't like)but it was good anyway.there is drinks service straight to the tables and a refillable soft drink option.

Billed as the UK's largest restaurant, Za Za Bazaar is cavernous. It is also quite loud, and almost certainly busy unless you visit at a lunch time. The food on offer is quite staggering in selection, from curries to sushi, mexican, italian (and of course chips). The quality of food was as I expected, nothing is standout but it is better than other much smaller 'all you can eats' around Bristol. Worth a visit for the novelty if nothing else.

Food gone doem hill. Servie less than poor. The area around the food was not cleam and if you are a begetarian br mindful that you sre habing spoons mixed with meat dishes. The floors are disgustong and fire doirs are propped open. All in all a shambles. We went a year ago and had a great night, we will not be returning to a coatly establishment, I would rather partake in street food snd have some atnosphere. Disgusting is the only word to decribe this place and designed for people who care nore about qualtity than quality. A visit from environmental health wouldn't go a miss

Really not a fan of this restaurant. When I visited within a group of four for lunch time, the table service was ridiculously slow even though the place was basically empty. The food really isn't that great and when I ordered a burger, it was cold. The only thing I recommend is the noodle bar. It was cheap and could have been really great but it was below my expectations and I left very dissatisfied.

Vast selection of mainly tasteless, bland food, except the Indian food, that was nice, strange atmosphere about the place, bit rowdy, felt like lining up to go into a football match not a nice dinner.

Dont go here I had the worse service ever I found a big chunk of glass in my jug of water and complained about it and the offered me a small glass of free coke then I saw the table opposite me had glass in it to I approached them letting them know and the manager got mad and through us out abd the food was bad KEEP FAR AWAY

Quiet nice and surprising. I would never expect that it can be as good if not better than what it was in the times before Covid-19. I prefer the New Zaza now to the Old Zaza. Much more room, doesn't feel like sardines in a can anymore- with to many people. Service is ok, feels a bit like they are day dreaming, which I am quiet sure will improve with a more of a practice on a daily basis under current unusual circumstances. Food wise: food overal was nice, all fresh, portions are generous and good value for price. Definitely coming back.

If you fancy to try greasy and extremely cheap quality food, so that next day you will have food poisoning then I can 100% recommend this place. Not sure what people find there. Asian food is done with 100 year old oil so it all tastes the same and sushi selection is so greedy that even crusty crabs do more for the customers. Don't get me started on deserts.....

5/5. Gargantuan amount of food from anywhere and everywhere in the world! I went there with a large group and everyone was satisfied. The staff aren't bad, and the atmosphere is great! Lovely restaurant overlooking the river. Can't wait to return

Felt Very rushed, gave our drink order and then was forgot about and as it was 16:00 they were clearing away the food for the 17:00 dining so limited choice and what was there was dry and tasteless and when this was explained to waiter they did not care.

Went yesterday in the 11.99 each deal so was very happy with the price. All of the food was lovely and a massive selection with a great view looking over the waterfront. I was a bit upset that the food does get wasted at the end of the day when it could be used to help some of the many homeless on the streets of bristol. Other than that I had a pleasant experience with friendly staff

The food was great.

The food was great.
There was however a long wait for the table as the staff wanted our table for another group and they couldn't figure out what to do.
They also told us the wrong price and when we queried it with the manager he was very rude and unhelpful.
Food good. Staff terrible.

We came over the restaurant after a tour of the Duomo. They are very close to each other. Their Italian cuisine has no competition for sure and so do the prices. We paid really small amount of money for dinner for two which included Fettuccine with truffles, Ravioli with truffle sauce (they have a special truffle menu) and chocolate cake with cream of cheese pudding.
